India shared the latest Surrey location of Canada-based terrorist Arshdeep Singh Gill aka Arsh Dalla with the Trudeau government again in March, requesting Canada arrest the Khalistan Tiger Force boss. They provided his address, recent photos, and vehicle information. The NIA has many cases against Gill. Dalla is wanted for scores of crimes including murder, extortion, targeted killings, terror activities, terror financing, and cross-border smuggling of drugs and weapons. It is said the permanent resident is under 24 hour cop watch as a potential hit target.
The Khalistan Tiger Force is a militant arm of the Khalistan movement. The Khalistan movement is a separatist organization seeking to create a homeland for Sikhs by establishing Khalistan. Arshdeep Singh Gill, 27, is from the Dalla village in the Moga district of Punjab. He escaped Punjab before arrest in 2020.
He joined Sikh separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, and after his murder Gill assumed all operations of the Khalistan Tiger Force. He operates the KTF in the clear open.
Sukhdool Singh Gill was shot dead in Winnipeg. He was a senior member of the Davinder Bambiha gang and a close associate of Arsh Dalla. Bambiha was shot dead in a police encounter in 2016 but his gang continues to operate. Pakistan’s ISI has long tasked gangsters like Lawrence Bishnoi to fund terrorists in Canada. Lawrence Bishnoi took credit for the murder of Sukhdool Singh.

Dalla has connections with wanted Canada based gangster Goldy Brar and slain gangster Sukhdool Singh. He is Bir Singh Sandher’s cousin. Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) lawyer Gurpatwant Singh Pannun was subject to a murder plot in the U.S. “This is a war between Punjab and India in which the occupying force is using the violence while Sikhs are using the votes.”
“SFJ is not taking down India with the “Bullets” at this time, instead we are using “Ballots” the most potent weapon of this century – to “Kill the Indian System” which is responsible for the Genocide of Sikhs”. In a series of videos, he threatened Hindus in Canada, telling them to go back to India. Pannun is a designated terrorist.

Nijjar migrated to Canada in the mid-1990s and was a constant public face of the Khalistan Tiger Force. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun said CSIS warned Nijjar of a murder plot. Nijjar formed an alliance with Arshdeep Singh Gill. It’s said Gill is a more accomplished killer than Nijjar.
