Koenigsegg Jesko – Sandher fleet
Koenigsegg has imposed a do-not-drive order on the 28 remaining Jeskos after a bespoke ‘Nur Edition’ with a special Koenigsegg Naked Carbon finish ($440k) went up in smoke. The melted remains are being shipped back to Koenigsegg’s facility in Ängelhom, Sweden. The Koenigsegg Jesko is a limited production mid-engine hyper car. The car was introduced at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show and all build slots sold out. Production is limited to 125 units, with about 40 units being produced each year. Base price is a rock bottom $2.8m USD.
The Sandhers are said to be waiting on delivery of a Koenigsegg Jesko. The car will join 4 Lamborghini, 2 Ferrari, 2 Porsche, 2 Rolls-Royce, 3 Audis, a Lotus, a 2014 Bugatti Veyron, a Maclaren 720S, and an Aston-Martin.

A $3.8m USD Koenigsegg Jesko burned in Athens, Greece. This Jesko ‘Nur’ edition featured gold plated accents and fully exposed carbon fiber from the factory. The car had reportedly been delivered to its owner just a few weeks prior and had just over 100 miles on the odometer. Koenigsegg has now asked Jesko owners to park their cars until the cause is determined.
