Surrey RCMP and the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit issued the warning in 2023 about Karnvir Singh Garcha and Harkirat Jhutty due to “a significant threat to the public posed by these individuals through their connection to criminal activity and high levels of violence. Police believe that anyone connected to or in proximity to them may be putting themselves at risk.”

Karnvir Singh Garcha, 25, was found fatally shot. Harkirat Jhutty, 23 was arrested in June for a hit on Yuvraj Goyal, 28. Manvir Basram, 23, Sahib Basra, 20, and Keilon Francois, 20 were also busted.
